What’s the difference between self storage and valet storage?
With standard self storage, you bring your items to the building, move them into your unit, and access them whenever our access hours allow. With valet storage, our team handles the heavy lifting—we pick up your items, move them into your unit, and can deliver them back to you on request. Valet is ideal if you don’t have a vehicle, are short on time, or simply prefer a white-glove experience.
Is everything climate-controlled?
Yes. Unlike traditional storage facilities that may only offer climate control on select floors, Positive Storage locations are fully climate-controlled buildings. This helps protect furniture, clothing, electronics, art, and more from temperature swings and humidity.
How do I know what unit size I need?
